Please arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to scheduled
departure time.
Check-in close 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure
time.
Any passengers arriving after check-in closes will not
be allowed to board the plane.
No ticket refund of exchange will be possible.
Travel documents
In order to travel you must have a valid passport with
you.
You must also bring your booking reference number with
you. This is your boarding pass.
You must make sure you have the correct documentation
(any visas, identification and so on) to allow you to enter
your destination country. This is the passengers’ responsibility.
Atlas-blue reserves the right to refuse passage to anyone
who cannot produce these documents on demand. A refund will
not be issued under these circumstances.
